• Squeeze gently, without twisting;

• Do not let it dry in the sun;

• Never iron;

• Do not store the item wet;

• Dry in the shade in a ventilated place;

• Avoid contact with rough surfaces, sunscreens, cosmetics and other chemicals;

• Rinse the item in water whenever you leave a chlorinated pool;

• Swimming pools with a high chlorine content can change the color of the lycra.
